I arrived in Canada in 2011 from the Dominican Republic, I live in Langley with my husband and 3 children. My journey in real estate began in 2014, shortly after moving to Vancouver in 2011. I purchased my first investment property—a unit that needed full renovation. Luckily, my husband owns a construction and renovation company (D.E.F. Construction Inc.), and together we transformed that property into a beautiful one-bedroom rental. Since then, we’ve purchased, rented, and sold over five apartments across the Lower Mainland, gaining hands-on experience in the local market.
My background is in business administration and banking; I worked at RBC Royal Bank for 5 years in different client-focused roles and worked at National Bank as a mortgage specialist. I understand both the financial side of mortgages and the emotional side of real estate. I speak fluent Spanish and love supporting the Spanish-speaking community through clear, compassionate guidance every step of the way.
